RECOURSE Mediation Services conducts extensive conflict resolution and communication skills workshops in these areas:

Basic Mediation Skills Training

This 32-hour experiential training is conducted 3 times per year over two consecutive weekends to accommodate most work schedules. Participants learn the basic skills required to successfully mediate disputes. No prior conflict resolution training or experience is required.

RECOURSE uses and teaches an interest-based model of mediation in which participants learn skills that surface the underlying needs, concerns, fears and desires of all parties in the conflict.

Customized conflict resolution and conflict management training

RECOURSE provides training in conflict resolution, conflict prevention and mediation, customized to your needs. For instance, we have trained property managers, service delivery staff in local non-profits, local government employees, staff in educational institutions and schools, members of professional associations, and anyone who requires practical skills to manage and prevent conflict.

Price depends on length of training and number of participants.
